Each year, CTPSC honors an outstanding first responder with the Blessing in Action Award, recognizing exceptional leadership, service, and impact on the community.
This year, the award was presented to Austin-Travis County EMS Captain Amber Price, who created the Pop-Up Resource Clinic (PURC) to assist individuals experiencing homelessness. Her work has earned national recognition and inspired programs across the country.
